WHat is Riffs Fine Street Food?
As a pioneer of the Nashville food truck scene, Riffs broke the rule that said you must take one or two things you do really well and keep doing them. "People often asked what kind of food we do," says chef/owner B.J. Lofback, "the simplest answer was 'whatever we want!" Riffs was born from a desire to just be creative with food, the concept being NOT having a concept.
Since 2011, Riffs has continued to make creative food born from a love of street food from around the world. Riffs doesn't make the rounds as often as it used to as the Riffs team now puts their efforts into the new concept Funk Seoul Brother, but you can still catch the truck from time to time doing what they do best, "whatever they want!"
